Cleansing your skin is vital, I personally prefer the WAVE but you can always use the regulars.
CLEANSING: Smooth a little cleanser over your face and neck. Wipe off with a tissue, using gentle, upward movements to tone muscles and help circulation. If you prefer to use a facial wash, ensure you rinse throroughly with clean water.
Toning is very good for your facial muscles and I think you should do this reguarly.
TONING: Soak a cotton wool pad in toner and gently wipe over your face. Avoid downward movements as this will stretch your skin and facial muscles.
